A reputation for integrity and fairness is one of the most difficult assets to earn and one of the easiest to lose. In order to maintain the confidence of members and the community, I know I must model Christ’s example for living. I will live my life in such a way that no one can question my integrity. While I understand that ministry involves relationships, I know that all relationships must be above reproach. I will be careful with physical touch, various verbal and non-verbal communications and paying attention to others. This integrity will exist in my ministry but also outside of my official ministry with the church. Online, social media, texting and phone calls will be handled with professionalism. I know that it is expected that the conduct of all students will reflect their high calling. It is anticipated that the behavior, language and dress of all students will be appropriate according to task and time. I understand and agree that students are expected to submit themselves to the authority of the Scriptures.
